Incorrect connection heights
If the heights for basin, WC or shower are incorrect, the ordered ceramics will not fit later or will sit visibly crooked.

Leaking or untested connections

Photograph the open prewall completely so that all connections are in the picture.
Fixings to floor and wall
Take close-up photos of the screw connections on all support feet as well as the wall brackets.
Connection heights with a measuring tape
Record the height of WC, basin, fittings and drain, each with a visible measuring tool.
Cistern and inspection hatch
Document the type, connection and the later accessibility of the inspection hatch.
Leak test and decoupling
Secure the test report of the pipes. Additionally, photograph the acoustic decoupling on the frame and pipes.
