Pre-acceptance in a few days: prepare systematically now

A few days are enough to proceed calmly — if you do not start only on the day itself. Pre-acceptance is for your preparation: your own list, photos, open questions. The official appointment later is the formal step.

What to watch out for when preparing for pre-acceptance

Starting the walk-through without a plan

Without a list of all rooms and areas, the search remains random. Decide beforehand what you will inspect and in what order.

Noting imprecise locations

Without an exact location, an issue can hardly be tracked later. Always note the room and exact position.

Planning too little time for function tests

Appearance is checked quickly. Windows, doors, water, lighting and sockets need deliberate time during the walk-through.

Relying on verbal agreements

Verbal agreements do not count later. Only what is in the official acceptance protocol remains verifiably open.

How to prepare and document the walk-through

  1. Create a list of all rooms and areas

Note every room plus basement, facade and exterior areas, and determine the order in which you will inspect them.

  2. Gather existing documents

Have drawings, earlier photos and lists of remaining work ready.

  3. Walk-through with function tests and photos

Walk through the rooms, test functions (light, water, windows) and record each item with location, brief description, overview and detail photo.

  4. Set priorities for the official appointment

Mark what absolutely must be raised before signing.

Secure the preparation

Upload your photos and bundle open points in a structured way for the official acceptance.
