Photograph the whole slab from several positions. This documents the overall condition before construction continues.
Check every opening against the plan. Photograph the location and size (place a scale in the picture) and report deviations immediately.
Photograph balcony connections and outer edges all around in particular. These areas are critical later for thermal bridges.
Photograph the surface at an angle to the light. The cast shadows make cracks and unevenness clearly visible.
